Will You Be Getting More Stock?
​
Our various collection pieces can sell out quickly as we are all about exclusive and limited fashion. In the meantime, you can subscribe to our mailing list to receive emails when new items are stocked.

How Do I Know You Have Received My Order?
​
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Part of my order is missing?
​
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one package. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per package. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your package bag. This will detail which items should be in the package.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items, please contact us ASAP.

Do I Have To Pay Customs Charges On My Order?
Unfortunately, Loners Avenue is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Loners Avenue. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Can I Cancel My Order?

To make sure you receive the item/items ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.

How To Track My Order?
Orders shipped by FedEx or UPS can be tracked by using the tracking number in your dispatch email.

Delivery - How much is it, and how long does it take?
Shipping costs vary and are calculated based on the country or state that the customer resides. Delivery from FedEx takes 4-6 business days. UPS takes 1-3 business days.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds may take up to 10 - 15 days to arrive, but please be assured that the team is working as quickly as possible. If you haven't heard from us within that time, please email the Customer Service Centre with a copy of your proof of postage, and they'll look after everything for you.

Which Couriers Do You Use?
​
Overseas deliveries leave Barbados via FedEx or UPS and are passed over to FedEx or UPS postal service.

How Do I Return Incorrect or Damaged Items?
​
You can return your incorrect or damaged items via post within 30 days of receipt for full price items or 15 days for Sale items, unused and in their original condition.
​Please note that items accompanied by a gift receipt entitle the bearer to exchange only.
​
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned clothing (unless it is in its original condition and packaging).

Please complete the below to ensure a fast refund:

Fill in the returns form to create a free returns label.

In your return package, please include one of the following*:

Your original item invoice

A copy of your item invoice

A note that includes your tracking number and the price of each item returned. Each of these will be found on your original invoice.

Take your parcel to your designated drop-off point.

Once we receive your return at our hub, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
Please note, if no order information is included with your refund, we will be unable to process your refund.
